Senior Immigration Team Head

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Immigration Team Head to lead our immigration consultancy team, manage client cases, and ensure smooth and effective processing of immigration applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the immigration team and daily operations.
- Manage and monitor client immigration cases from assessment to submission.
- Review client profiles and identify suitable immigration pathways.
- Guide team members on documentation, application procedures, and case handling.
- Monitor case progress, deadlines, and document requirements.
- Handle complex cases and provide solutions to case-related issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training.
- Coordinate with documentation, sales, legal, and management teams.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper maintenance of client records.
- Prepare reports on team performance, case status, and conversions.




- Maintain strong client communication and ensure professional service standards.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in immigration consultancy or a related field.
- Previous team-lead or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, particularly Canada/Australia immigration.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
