Full Job Description

We are hiring an Executive Chef with solid expertise in healthy and international breakfast cuisine. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing smoothie bowls, English breakfast, rice bowls, French bowls, healthy breakfast options, and fruit-based dishes, and should be comfortable working in a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present smoothie bowls, English breakfast, rice bowls, French bowls, and healthy breakfast dishes

Curate and prepare fresh fruit dishes with focus on presentation and hygiene

Plan and manage daily menu preparation, ensuring consistency and quality

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards

Manage stock, inventory, and ensure timely procurement of fresh ingredients

Supervise and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations





Ensure portion control and minimize food wastage

Innovate and suggest new healthy/breakfast menu items as required

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and plating across all dishes

Work in rotational/flexible shifts as per business requirements

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in healthy food/breakfast cuisine

Strong expertise in smoothie bowls, English breakfast, rice bowls, French bowls, and fruit dishes

Good understanding of health-focused and nutritious meal preparation

Strong hygiene and food safety practices

Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

Comfortable working in shifts (morning/rotational as required)

Good communication and team coordination skills
