Key Requirements:*

* Strong production-grade software engineering experience

* Strong proficiency in *Python, TypeScript, or similar*

* Hands-on experience building *AI-powered applications / agentic systems*

* Strong understanding of *LLMs, prompts, context management, tool use, structured outputs, memory, and model selection*

* Experience building *AI agents / agent loops* involving planning, tool use, execution, observation, and recovery

* Experience with *workflow orchestration, graphs, state machines, or multi-step AI workflows*

* Strong experience with *APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering*

* Experience taking solutions from *discovery → prototype → validation → production*

* Strong *client-facing / stakeholder management* skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

* Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills

*Preferred Skills:*

* AI agent frameworks / workflow engines / coding agents

* RAG, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge graphs, fine-tuning,



or model routing

* AI evaluation, regression testing, human evaluation, and production monitoring

* AI observability, tracing, token/cost analysis, latency monitoring

* Multi-agent / multi-model systems

* AI security: prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, insecure tool usage

* AWS / Azure / GCP

* Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD

* Consulting, solutions engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical experience

* Experience working in complex enterprise environments
