We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be the bridge between our consultancy and emerging businesses, helping them navigate growth and financial solutions. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Identify and connect with startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Generate, qualify, and convert new business leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant business consulting solutions.
- Educate prospective clients on government funding schemes, subsidies, loans, and related advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Actively follow up with prospective clients to drive sales conversions.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- A strong customer-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
- High energy and a strong willingness to learn.
- Experience in sales, business development, cold calling, finance, or consultancy is a major plus.
