Medcity Study Abroad, Kottayam is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable academic and career-oriented programs.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Support students throughout the admission process and provide timely guidance.

Candidate Profile

- 0 to 5 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, study abroad, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent counselling and convincing abilities.




- Target-oriented and capable of handling sales responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of education and career-oriented programs.
- Ability to manage leads independently and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Proficiency in CRM and basic computer applications will be an advantage.
