We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural design and project execution team. The candidate will assist in preparing drawings, developing design concepts, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring architectural work is completed as per project requirements and standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist Senior Architects in developing architectural concepts and designs.
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create 3D view of architectural and interior projects with accurate attention to detail as per clients requirement
- Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and design changes.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to create BOQ based on material specifications, and quantity estimates when required.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other project consultants.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable building codes, and standards.




- Assist in preparing presentations, 3D views, and design proposals for architectural and interior projects
- Ability to communicate with client and give a detailed presentation to them

Requirements

- Professional degree in Architecture such as B.arch/ M.arch/ Interior Designing
- 0-3 years of experience in the profession of architectural design or Interiors
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop. Any other 3D software skills shall be an additional advantage
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
- Develop and participate in conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and implementation.

SALARY - 2,40,000/- to 4,80,000/- per annum based on skills and expertise
