A Food and Beverage (F&B;) Executive manages daily dining operations, staff, and inventory to ensure high-quality service and profitability, often within hotels or restaurants. Key responsibilities include overseeing menu planning, inventory control, vendor management, and enforcing safety standards. They often need strong leadership, cost management, and customer service skills.

Core Responsibilities

- Operational Oversight: Supervising restaurant, banquet, and kitchen staff to ensure, efficient, high-quality service.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and managing costs to maintain profitability.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring high guest satisfaction by monitoring dining areas, addressing complaints, and setting service standards.
- Staff Management: Training, scheduling, and motivating team members.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of F&B; trends, food safety protocols, and beverages (spirits, wines).




- Skills: Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills for cost control.
