Centre Manager – Alapuzha

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre in Alapuzha.

Experience

- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the centre and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with customers and handle their queries professionally
- Maintain reports, records, schedules, and other centre documentation
- Coordinate with staff and manage day-to-day team activities
- Handle enquiries and consultations and convert them into treatment bookings through effective sales closing
- Achieve monthly revenue and customer conversion targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience and efficient centre operations

Requirements

- Graduate or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team
- Customer-oriented approach with positive sales and follow-up skills
- Prior clinic/healthcare experience preferred

Location: Alapuzha, Kerala

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
