Video Editing Intern – Business Documentary Content

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editing Intern who is interested in creating engaging business documentary and case-study videos in English.

You will work on short-form and long-form documentary-style content covering businesses, entrepreneurs, brands, money, and interesting business stories.

This internship is designed to give you practical experience while allowing us to evaluate your editing skills, creativity, storytelling, and consistency. Strong performers may receive an prospect to join us as a full-time team member after the internship.

Responsibilities

- Edit business documentary and case-study videos in English
- Create engaging storytelling through footage, images, graphics, text, and sound effects
- Find and use relevant visual references to support the story
- Add suitable transitions, background music, sound effects, and subtitles
- Maintain strong pacing and viewer retention throughout the video
- Follow the visual style and editing standards of the channel
- Make revisions based on feedback

Requirements

- Basic to valuable knowledge of video editing
- Understanding of storytelling and pacing




- Good command of English
- Familiarity with software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
- Ability to research and find relevant visuals for a story
- Willingness to learn and improve quickly
- Creativity and attention to detail

Important

This is a 3-month skill-based internship. During the internship, we will evaluate your editing quality, creativity, storytelling ability, discipline, and consistency. Based on your performance, we may offer you a full-time position after the internship.
