Job Summary : We are seeking a details-oriented and technically skilled persons with hand-on project implementation experience in the domains of CCTV, e-security (FAS, BAS, and ACS), and Networking technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sevral projects at a time ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our deployments through rigorous testing, technical support, and occasional field installation work.

❖ What you’ll do

- Lead a team of Team Leaders and Technicians for project implementation besides all quality assurance, repair & maintenance, and customer support activities at Enview,
- Conduct functional and performance testing of CCTV systems, e-security systems, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure all products, processes, and projects comply with Enview’s ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, as well as any external quality requirements from customers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of new and ongoing projects involving relevant technologies including interactions with customers.
- Identify, document, report, and coordinate the resolution of faults or quality issues with the technical and engineering teams.
- Oversee support operations,



including leading a team of 2–3 personnel, maintaining customer SLAs, managing CSATs, handling product returns, and coordinating repairs.

❖ Who you are and what your capabilities are

- BE in Electronics and communications.
- 4-8 years of experience in Projects Implementation & Management
- Proven technical skills in video surveillance, e-security, and wireless technologies.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

➢ Certification (Good to have) PMP (Project Management Skilled) etc.

- Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with automated and performance testing tools.
- Documentation and record-keeping.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams

❖ Compensation & Perks

- Fixed Pay of 4 to 8 Lacs and Performance pay in excess of 4 lacs per anum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
