Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Sira
Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the precast manufacturing plant, ensuring timely production, quality compliance, manpower management, and secure working practices. Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, stores, and dispatch teams to achieve production targets efficiently.

Precast experience mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day precast production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per project schedule.
- Monitor mould preparation, reinforcement, concreting, curing, demoulding, and finishing activities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for quality inspections and approvals.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily progress updates.




- Manage manpower allocation and shift planning.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and reduce wastage.
- Follow safety standards and maintain housekeeping in the production area.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machinery and equipment upkeep.
- Handle production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support dispatch planning and material movement activities.
