- Perform operation and maintenance (O&M;) activities of the solar power plant.
- Monitor daily plant generation, inverter performance, electrical parameters, and system status.
- Inspect and monitor solar PV modules, inverters, DC/AC cables, junction boxes, LT/HT panels, transformers, VCBs and other electrical equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Identify equipment faults and support troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Check abnormal conditions such as inverter trips, low generation, high temperature, communication failures, and electrical faults.
- Maintain daily generation readings, equipment status, maintenance records, work logs, and checklists.
- Prepare and submit daily progress and maintenance reports to the supervisor/engineer.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools, spare parts, PPE, and plant materials.




- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the plant and electrical equipment areas.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO procedures, and company safety rules.
- Support the team during inspections, testing, shutdowns, and emergency breakdown activities.
- Assist in identifying maintenance requirements and report major faults to the O&M; Engineer/Supervisor.
- Maintain discipline and coordinate with other technicians and site personnel.
- Perform any other technical duties assigned by the O&M; Engineer/Supervisor.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
