Reel Editor / Video Editor – Job Description

Grow Technologies, Salem is looking for a creative and skilled Reel Editor / Video Editor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, podcasts, and other digital content.
- Create engaging, creative, and trend-focused video content.
- Handle video cutting, transitions, effects, audio editing, captions, and color correction.
- Add suitable music, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual elements.
- Work closely with the team to convert ideas into impactful visual stories.
- Maintain consistency in video quality and brand style.
- Deliver projects within the given deadlines.

Requirements

- Must have an editing-capable laptop/desktop system.
- Good knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
- Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, Podcasts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Good understanding of storytelling, timing, pacing,



and visual flow.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and use current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and social media specifications.
- Video shooting knowledge/capability is an added advantage.
- Passion for creating engaging and trending content.
