About the Role

Arena Animation is looking for an experienced and passionate Sketch & Fine Art Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of traditional art and sketching techniques, along with the ability to guide and mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Sketching, Drawing & Fine Art to students.
- Train students in basic to advanced drawing and artistic techniques.
- Guide students in perspective, proportions, anatomy, shading, composition & rendering.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
- Encourage creativity and help students develop their artistic skills.
- Prepare practical exercises and lesson plans as per the curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Sketching, Drawing & Fine Arts.
- Good understanding of Human Anatomy, Perspective, Light & Shadow, Composition & Proportions.




- Ability to demonstrate and explain artistic techniques clearly.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong artwork portfolio will be preferred.

Eligibility

- 3–5 years of relevant professional or teaching experience in Sketching, Fine Arts, Drawing, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong artistic skills and a skilled portfolio will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be applicable as per the candidate’s skills, experience, and performance during the interview.
