Job Opening: Sales Coordinator

About the Role

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of the sales department. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating between sales representatives and internal teams such as logistics, operations, finance, and marketing, and ensuring timely service and support for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations and Administration

- Process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and invoices accurately and promptly through the CRM system.
- Maintain and regularly update customer records, sales leads, and pipeline databases.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts for management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain proper sales documentation and follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries.

Customer Communication and Support

- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to product details, pricing, order status, and deliveries.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Coordinate regularly with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex complaints to the relevant account manager or senior management.

Senior Management and Team Support

- Organize sales meetings, schedule client presentations, and manage travel itineraries for senior management.
- Support the onboarding of new sales employees by providing guidance on CRM tools, administrative processes, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing, billing, logistics, and product teams to support sales activities and promotional strategies.
- Assist senior management with reports, presentations, client follow-ups,



and other sales-related activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, B2B sales, or business development.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of sales analytics, quotations, invoicing, and order-processing systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within deadlines.
- A customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.
