Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and presentable Sales Executive with a strong background in the Jewellery Industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively handle jewellery sales and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

· Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.

· Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.

· Communicate product details, pricing, offers,



and other relevant information clearly to customers.

· Follow up with prospective and existing customers as required.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory.

· Candidates must have prior experience in the Jewellery Industry.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Should be presentable, well-groomed, and confident.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good command of Hindi and English is mandatory.

· Knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi will be an added advantage.

· Solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

· Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
