About the Project – Aura Workforce

Aura Workforce is an ambitious next-generation Workforce Operating System designed to unify Workforce Management, Payroll, Accounting, Team Collaboration, Project Management, AI Assistants, Workforce Analytics, and Business Operations into a single platform.

Unlike traditional cloud-only systems, Aura Workforce is being designed as an offline-capable and self-hosted enterprise platform where organizations maintain full ownership and control of their workforce and business data.

Our vision is to build a modern AI-powered business operating system that helps organizations manage employees, payroll, finance, projects, and operations through intelligent automation and AI-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
- Build intelligent AI assistants and automation systems for workforce and business operations.
- Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered business solutions.
- Develop predictive analytics models for workforce planning, payroll forecasting, and business intelligence.




- Design and optimize machine learning pipelines and data workflows.
- Collaborate with Python Developers, Data Analysts, Cyber Security Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Teams.
- Research emerging AI technologies and implement innovative solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and improve AI model performance.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-grade AI features within Aura Workforce.
