Job Title: Purchase Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:
The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, cost optimization, and vendor management in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials, services, and equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers; maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Handle end-to-end purchase cycle including RFQs, negotiations, PO issuance, and delivery follow-ups.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project, contracts,



and store teams for material planning and requirement forecasting.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and new products to optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and audit-ready records of procurement activities.
- Resolve supply-related issues, delays, and discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Pay: ₹16,990.00 - ₹56,807.22 per month
