Position: Online Degree Counsellor
Location: Ahmedabad
Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview :
We are looking for a result-oriented online degree Counsellor to guide prospective students and drive enrolments for UG & PG online degree programs. The role involves counselling, lead follow-ups, conversions, and student onboarding through calls and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel students on suitable UG & PG online degree programs.
- Explain eligibility, course details, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
- Follow up with leads and achieve assigned conversion and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for documentation and onboarding.

Eligibility & Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; Master’s degree is an advantage.




- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- 2–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, higher education, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati; strong English is essential.
- Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
- Strong counselling, follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
