Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager for a PMC assignment involving large-scale high-rise residential projects across Mumbai. The candidate should have solid experience in construction quality management, site execution and PMC environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee QA/QC activities across large-scale high-rise residential projects.

* Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

* Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of civil works, materials and workmanship.

* Prepare and review QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspection checklists, test reports and quality documentation.

* Identify quality issues and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions and closure.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and project teams on quality-related matters.

Requirements





* 15+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC and construction quality management.

* Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

* Strong site execution and PMC experience.

* Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering systems.

* Strong understanding of construction quality requirements, inspection processes and quality documentation.

* Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.

Pay: ₹653,149.84 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
