Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- ITI / Diploma holders in Mechanical or related technical disciplines may also be considered.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome!
- 0–3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical issues.
- Conduct regular inspection of machines and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
- Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
- Support installation,



commissioning and trial runs of machinery.
- Assist in maintaining critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support activities to improve machine availability and reduce downtime.

Desired Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, pneumatic systems and mechanical components.
- Good problem-solving and learning attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
