About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and a strong interest in social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and online campaign management.

This is a outstanding opportunity for a fresher who wants to build practical experience by working on real digital marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Learn and monitor ad campaigns, including budget, reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with SEO activities, including on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and basic off-page activities.
- Manage and schedule content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Create engaging captions, posts, and basic marketing content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in generating leads through digital marketing channels.
- Track campaign performance and suggest basic improvements.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and relevant keywords.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain campaign records, reports, and performance data.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising practices.

Required Skills





- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their marketing features.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, etc. is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on practical campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or any relevant field.
- Candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course/certification will be preferred.
