Functional Area: Vendor Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Officer to onboard and manage fleet owners and transportation vendors.The candidate will be responsible for expanding the vendor network,maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth operational coordination.Regular monday-saturday field visit for the vendor development and maintenance must be a part of the daily routine functions.

Identify,approach and onboard new fleet owners and transport vendors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.





Verify vendor documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.

Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with vendors.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure vehicle availability.

Maintain vendor database and records.

Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations promptly.

Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Conduct market research to identify potential vendors.

Ensure timely submission and renewal of vendor documents.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.

Age between 20 and 40 years.

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Office.

Experience in vendor management,logistics,transportation or business development preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Own two-wheeler or four wheeler is must.
