Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Creative Executive who can manage social media platforms and create engaging visual and video content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic designing, video editing, social media management, and AI-powered content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics.
- Design creative content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Edit short-form and promotional videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut.
- Manage social media pages, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Develop content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels, formats, and content ideas.
- Use AI tools for content creation, graphic designing, video creation, and improving creative workflows.
- Support the planning and execution of digital and social media campaigns.
- Track social media analytics, insights, reach,



engagement, and content performance.
- Work on strategies to improve organic reach, follower growth, and audience engagement.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and video editing.
- Good working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, social media trends, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based content, design, and video creation tools.
- Valuable creative sense with an understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Ability to independently manage social media content from idea to design/editing to publishing.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.

Preferred

- Candidates based in Raipur or Bilaspur.
- Candidates with a portfolio or samples of social media creatives, reels, videos, or design work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
