Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate the joining process.
- Support other HR activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment.
- UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
