About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition and expand existing client relationships for our recruitment consultancy.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, presenting our recruitment solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target prospective clients across relevant industries and sectors.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand clients’ hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, Business Heads,



and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and share company presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate fees, terms, and service agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client mandates.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Track sales activities, conversions, revenue, and client acquisition through CRM/MIS.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment requirements across target sectors.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support the finance team on outstanding receivables.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
