About the Role

We are looking for a talented Script Writer & Anchor who can handle both sides of content creation — researching and writing compelling scripts and presenting them confidently on camera.

You will work closely with our content and production team to create videos for our Instagram and YouTube platforms, covering news, explainers, trending stories, science, medical, engineering, technology, education, and interesting real-world topics.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can take a topic from research → idea → script → presentation and deliver content that is informative, engaging, and made for digital audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesScript Writing & Research

- Research and write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Identify interesting, relevant, and trending topics for our audience.
- Find unique and engaging angles for stories.
- Create strong hooks and openings that capture attention immediately.
- Build scripts with clear storytelling, pacing, curiosity, and structure.
- Simplify complex topics and present them in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Write in Hindi, English, and Hinglish depending on the content requirement.
- Research and verify facts using credible sources.
- Suggest relevant B-roll, visuals, graphics, examples, and references for the editing team.
- Adapt long-form topics into short-form content.
- Rewrite and improve scripts based on editorial feedback and content performance.
- Develop new content ideas and recurring video formats.

Anchoring & Presentation

- Present content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
- Deliver scripts naturally and confidently rather than simply reading them.
- Maintain strong camera presence, expressions,



body language, voice modulation, and energy.
- Work comfortably with a teleprompter.
- Understand the subject before presenting it and communicate it accurately.
- Present both serious/informative content and engaging/trending stories.
- Participate in studio shoots, interviews, podcasts, and special projects.
- Adapt quickly to direction, feedback, and multiple takes.
- Work closely with the video editing team to improve delivery and overall presentation.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in content writing, journalism, digital media, anchoring, YouTube, or related fields.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong Hindi, English, and Hinglish writing ability.
- Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
- Strong storytelling ability.
- Confident and natural camera presence.
- Comfortable working with a teleprompter.
- Strong voice modulation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of YouTube and Instagram content.




- Understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling, and audience psychology.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and content quality.

What We Expect From You

We are looking for someone who can think beyond the brief.

You should be able to independently answer:

- What is interesting about this story?
- What is the strongest angle?
- How do we make someone stop scrolling?
- How do we keep the viewer interested?
- How should this story be presented on camera?
- What visuals will make the story more engaging?

You should be comfortable taking ownership of the idea, research, script, and presentation rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Good to Have

- Previous experience in digital news or media.
- Experience creating content for YouTube or Instagram.
- Journalism or media background.
- Experience with science, medical, engineering, education, or technology content.
- Interviewing and conversational presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of video editing.
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and audience retention.
- Experience developing content series or recurring formats.
