Site Engineer – PEB & RCC

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate site execution activities for PEB and RCC construction projects.

Location: Kondhapuri, Pune
Experience: 4–5 Years
Industry: Civil Construction / PEB

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day PEB and RCC site execution activities.
- Ensure construction work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
- Check measurements, quantities, and work progress.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, etc.
- Coordinate PEB erection and related civil works.




- Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in both PEB and RCC projects.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at Kondhapuri project site.

PEB + RCC experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
