Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Tour Operations team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor domestic and international tour operations.
- Ensure timely confirmation of hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides, meals, and other tour services.
- Prepare and verify itineraries, vouchers, operational checklists, and departure files.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, Tour Managers, suppliers, and DMCs.
- Monitor tour costing, operational expenses, supplier payments, and profitability.
- Ensure all pre-departure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle customer complaints, operational issues, and emergencies effectively.
- Maintain robust relationships with hotels, DMCs,



transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and better service.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Submit regular operational and performance reports to Management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
