JOB DESCRIPTION

- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and client, handling client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Design, and Strategy, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Quality check and oversee social media posting and delivery across clients.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and social media campaigns.
- Experience in creating and executing social media, community management, influencer relations, and integrated marketing programs for clients.
- Ability to take a brief from the client and effectively debrief the internal team.
- Manage social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and other relevant community platforms.
- Effectively engage with clients, understand their digital media needs and objectives, develop a plan of action, and ensure successful execution.
- Build strong client relationships and sustainable business partnerships.

Pay: ₹37,867.54 - ₹60,925.09 per month
