Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about projects, units, pricing, and payment plans.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate site visits, appointments, bookings, and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Address customer queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Project teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain updated customer records, follow-ups, and communication details in the CRM.
- Follow up on booking procedures, documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
- Collect and coordinate customer feedback and share important issues with management.
- Support customer engagement activities,



events, handover programs, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up and status reports.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from initial enquiry through booking and handover.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Customer-focused, polite, and professional approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
