Qualification: Diploma / B.Arch / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent

Required: AutoCAD, MS Office, Architectural Drawing, 2D Drafting, Layout Planning, and basic knowledge of plans and construction drawings.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Architectural / Drawing Executive to handle architectural drawings, land layouts, documentation, and coordination related to industrial plots and real estate projects. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, architects, consultants, surveyors, and relevant authorities to ensure drawings and project documentation are prepared accurately and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Drafting & Drawing Preparation

- Prepare, modify, and update architectural drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and details.
- Prepare drawings for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, commercial projects, offices, and other real estate developments.
- Develop 2D drawings and basic 3D views as required.
- Prepare conceptual layouts and assist architects in developing design drawings.
- Prepare working drawings based on design inputs, site measurements, and consultant requirements.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawing versions.




- Complete and detailed understanding of the latest applicable CDCPR (Comprehensive Development Control and Promotion Regulations), including amendments, rules, circulars, and notifications, and ability to apply them while preparing and checking drawings

2. Industrial Layout Planning

- Check plot dimensions, road widths, plot boundaries, setbacks, building lines, open spaces, parking requirements, and permissible development areas.
- Assist in understanding and incorporating applicable MIDC and local planning requirements into drawings.
- Prepare site layouts showing proposed buildings, internal roads, parking, utilities, landscaping, loading/unloading areas, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate drawings based on survey plans and existing site conditions.

3. Area Calculations & Planning

- Assist in checking FSI/FAR, ground coverage, setbacks, permissible built-up area, and other planning parameters.
- Maintain calculation sheets and supporting documentation for project records.

Required Skills

- Robust working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and drafting standards.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling / visualization will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as with architects, consultants, and project teams.
