Key Responsibilities

- Client Styling & Consultations: Deliver bespoke styling sessions based on individual preferences, lifestyles, and special occasions. Educate clients on diamonds, colored gemstones, gold, polki, and craftsmanship.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and store-level sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and handling high-value transactions.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat and high-value buyers. Maintain meticulous client records, purchase histories, and follow-up for private previews or exclusive launches.
- Bespoke & After-Sales Support: Assist clients with custom designs, special orders, and personalization. Coordinate value-added services such as repairs, cleaning, resizing, and product certifications.
- Store Presentation: Maintain visual merchandising standards and pristine product displays aligned with luxury retail aesthetics.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 4+ years of proven experience in fine jewellery retail sales, luxury fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Product Knowledge: Robust familiarity with precious metals, natural diamonds, polki, and gemstones.
- Communication & Demeanor: Impeccable spoken and written communication skills (fluency in English is mandatory), with a soft-spoken, well-groomed, and sophisticated disposition.
- Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion with sensitive client data, and a client-first attitude.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
