We are looking for an experienced Manager who can independently manage operational processes, handle OSV and CVP activities, coordinate with the sales team, and effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate should have strong process knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise OSV and CVP processes and ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead, manage, and monitor a team to achieve assigned targets and timelines.

Allocate work among team members and monitor their performance.

Coordinate with Sales Coordinators, Sales Teams, and other internal departments.

Support sales coordination activities, including follow-ups, documentation, reporting, and coordination with clients/internal teams.

Ensure timely completion of process-related activities and maintain process accuracy.

Monitor team productivity, attendance, quality, and overall performance.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.

Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures.

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.

Train and guide team members whenever required.

Coordinate with senior management and provide regular updates on team and process performance.





Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

2 - 4 years of relevant experience in operations/process management.

Hands-on experience in OSV and CVP processes.

Prior experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support will be an added advantage.

Proven experience in team handling and people management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, reporting, and documentation.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple processes and responsibilities simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the process.

Preferred Candidate

Candidate with Manager/Senior Executive/Team Leader/Assistant Manager level experience.

Candidates who have previously managed a team and handled OSV + CVP + Sales Coordination responsibilities will be preferred.

Key requirement: We are specifically looking for someone who can personally understand and handle the processes while also managing the team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
