- Responsibilities

1. Inspect daily production and testing processes to ensure all products meet company, industry, and safety standards

2.Lead internal quality checks and prepare the facility for external or customer audits and update ISO documentation.

3. An NC (Non-Conformance) Closure is the formal process of verifying that a deviation found during an audit has been successfully fixed and will not happen again.

4.A Customer Complaint Handling SOP outlines that a Quality Incharge must systematically capture, investigate, and analyze customer feedback and complaints to drive continuous improvement within a Quality Management System (QMS).
