Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to support the hospital's marketing activities, increase patient referrals, promote hospital services, and develop relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and other referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, corporates, and referral partners.
- Promote hospital services and facilities to potential referral sources.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads and improve patient referrals and hospital footfall.
- Support health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing campaigns and events.
- Assist with digital marketing and social media promotional activities.
- Identify new business and referral opportunities in the local market.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, referral data, and follow-up records.




- Follow up with referral sources and prospective patients where required.
- Achieve assigned monthly marketing and business targets.
- Prepare regular reports and share updates with the Marketing Manager/Management.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA or PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.

Preferred

- Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing is an added advantage.
- Candidates with good local doctor/referral networks will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
