Minimum 5 yrs of relevant post qualification experience in a practicing CS/ CA firm or consulting firm.
Robust knowledge of companies act, Ipo companies, SEBI Regulations, FEMA/ RBI compliances, ESOP advisory and corporate legal documentation.
Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
