Job Description:
We are looking for a target-oriented Regional Development Officer to drive business growth across Kerala through field sales, channel development, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop distributors, agents, channel partners, and business networks.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Acquire new customers and convert business opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships and develop existing accounts.
- Track sales pipeline, field activities, and business conversions.




- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales/business development/channel sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Candidates with experience in lighting, electrical products, digital displays, signage, advertising, or infrastructure sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,070.84 - ₹35,214.07 per month
