- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support various types of testing (e.g., regression, performance, load, security).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
- Use the internally established automation estimation techniques to provide accurate estimations for implementation and maintenance of the automation suite.
- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and deployment pipeline to facilitate continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and provide detailed reports on test execution and defects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that automated tests are aligned with business requirements and application features.
- Maintain and enhance the automation test workplace, ensuring its reliability and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to manual QA engineers in transitioning to automated testing.
- Follow the established automation-specific and general QA best practices and contribute to the improvement of QA processes and the overall QA strategy.
- Use internal collaborative tools including AllAi to gather and learn information about the tools, technologies, and testing methods necessary for everyday work.





RequirementsCompetencies

- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role with a solid background in test automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework).
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive automated test scripts.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
