We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive & Placement Coordinator to manage student placements and build strong relationships with hiring partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with HR teams of various companies, placing students in relevant job roles, maintaining placement and student records, and supporting overall placement activities for our institute.

Key Responsibilities

1. Placement Activities

- Coordinate and execute student placement activities for Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Graphic Designing courses.
- Identify suitable job opportunities and align them with student profiles.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and placement drives with partner companies.
- Ensure students are interview-ready and guide them on resume building & soft skills.

2. Coordination with Companies

- Build and maintain professional relationships with HR departments and recruiters across industries.
- Connect with new companies for partnerships and placement tie-ups.
- Share candidate profiles, follow up on shortlisting,



and confirm joining details.

3. Student & Record Management

- Maintain detailed records of student data, placement progress, interview feedback, and offers.
- Track student outcomes and update placement dashboards on a regular basis.
- Support students with documentation and placement-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, counselling, or placement coordination.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of hiring processes and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
