We are hiring Civil Engineers with 2 to 4 years of experience to oversee site execution and project management for our ongoing construction projects in Daman and Talegaon. If you are a proactive skilled with strong on-site execution skills and are willing to relocate, we want to hear from you.

Experience Required

- 2–4 years of proven experience in civil construction.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision

- Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure work progresses according to structural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and site labor, ensuring high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage layouts, marking, and leveling on-site, ensuring alignment with architectural plans.

Project Management & Scheduling

- Track project milestones against the master schedule and implement corrective actions to prevent project delays.
- Coordinate material procurement by tracking material consumption, raising timely indents, and minimizing wastage on-site.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR),



site logs, and measurement sheets for billing verification.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

- Conduct quality checks on construction materials (concrete, steel, bricks, etc.) and workmanship to ensure compliance with IS codes and safety standards.
- Enforce strict on-site safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident working environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading structural drawings. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, site management, and clear communication skills to handle laborers and stakeholders effectively.
- Mobility: Immediate readiness to relocate to Daman or Talegaon.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
