Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Promotion Executive - Telecaller with 1–10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, customer calling, and coordination activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and maintain follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Schedule meetings and assist in business development activities.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Required Skills:





- Experience in lead generation and business promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in calling and client coordination.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
