Mechanical Design & Development Responsibilities

· Assist in the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.

· Create 2D drawings and 3D models using onshape (preferred) or similar CAD software.

· Support design reviews, engineering calculations, and tolerance analysis.

· Update designs based on testing results and engineering feedback.

· Prepare and maintain BOMs, part lists, and engineering documentation.

· Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D; teams to ensure product performance and manufacturability.

· Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

· Ving knowledge of tool room operations such as turning, milling etc. Knowledge on CNC machines is an added advantage.

· Aware of the different production processes such as plastic injection moulding,



pressure die casting, sheet metal forming, machining etc

Tool Room & Manufacturing Experience

- Hands-on experience operating conventional lathe machines.
- Skilled in using bandsaw machines for material cutting and preparation.
- Experience in conventional drilling and tapping operations.
- Familiar with Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) operations.
- Experience operating CNC turning machines.
- Proficient in conventional milling machine operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
