Financial Literacy Trainer

Location: South Mumbai, Western Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Financial Literacy sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain concepts such as budgeting, saving, banking, investments, money management, and financial decision-making in a simple and age-appropriate manner.
- Use real-life examples, case studies, discussions, games, and activities to make sessions engaging and interactive.
- Monitor student understanding and progress while maintaining an engaging and well-managed classroom workplace.
- Coordinate with the school and Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum requirements, student progress, and necessary documentation.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience teaching Financial Literacy, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies, or related subjects will be preferred.




- Experience working with school students will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

- Ability to simplify financial concepts using practical and real-life examples.

Work Requirements

The trainer will be required to conduct sessions at assigned schools across South Mumbai, Western Mumbai, and Navi Mumbai from Monday to Saturday.

Working hours will be between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on the respective school schedules. Candidates should be comfortable travelling to different assigned school locations as per the weekly schedule.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
