Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Social Media Executive to lead social media activities, manage clients, analyse performance, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct audience and buyer persona research and plan content accordingly.
- Monitor social media KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
- Work with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
- Create and review engaging photo, video, and written content.
- Handle client communication, requirements, and regular updates.
- Manage, guide, and train junior social media team members.
- Use tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite for social media management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing/management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, KPIs, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and client management.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and graphic/image editing.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
