The Operations Executive deals with end-to-end Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF operations - both offline and online. Candidate will keep track of the KYC, Documentation, transactions, redemptions, and other activities in regards of executing the funds and schemes. Candidate will take care of and help clients in their investments as well as onboarding. Candidate may need to converse with RMs of the AMCs. This is done to ensure that operations run smoothly.

● Coordinating with the clients for the transactions, onboarding, documentations, verifications as well as KYC process.

● Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client expectations

● Maintain and manage the MIS accurately and efficiently

● Timely updation of the software and be compliant with the same.

● Performing routine research on customer inquiries, feedbacks, and grievances





● Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the industry and of

all products, services and processes performed by the team

● Identify and audit existing investments with clients through the reports and documentation.

● Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- PMS/ AIF operations: 1 year (Required)
