About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Develop and implement effective content and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with the content and creative teams for ad creatives, social media content, and campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance through relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.



Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and best practices.
- Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Understanding of content strategy, social media marketing, and leadgeneration campaigns.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
