INDUSTRIAL ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION ENGINEER

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Robotics & Automation Engineer to help automate and improve our manufacturing operations.

We are looking for someone who has practical experience working with industrial robots, automation systems, SPMs, machine integration, or related technologies.

The role will involve automation projects including CNC machine automation, robotic loading/unloading, pick-and-place, component handling, assembly, and other manufacturing automation applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop and implement robotic automation solutions for manufacturing processes.

 Work with industrial robots such as FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, KUKA, Kawasaki, Nachi, UR, or similar platforms.

 Integrate robots with CNC machines, PLCs, sensors, and other equipment.

 Develop loading/unloading, pick-and-place, and material-handling solutions.

 Work on robot grippers / EOAT, fixtures, part positioning, and feeding concepts.

 Handle PLC programming, I/O interfacing, and machine communication.

 Work with pneumatics, sensors,



actuators, servo systems, and safety interlocks.

 Perform robot programming, teaching, trials, and troubleshooting.

 Install and commission automation equipment on the shop floor.

 Improve cycle time, reliability, and productivity after installation.

 Coordinate with robot manufacturers, system integrators, and automation vendors whenever required.

 Gradually standardize successful automation solutions across multiple machines.
