Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Fresher Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to prospective customers, explaining our services, generating leads, following up with enquiries, and maintaining proper customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain Belvaa Senior Care services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Update customer information in the CRM/system.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain professional communication and behaviour with customers.




- Share daily call and lead reports with the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Skills

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Graduate.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Kannada and English communication preferred; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Confident, polite and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn sales and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with calling and performance targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
- Sunday weekly off.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Training and guidance will be provided to freshers.

Reporting

The Telecaller will report to the Sales/Reporting Manager and coordinate with the internal team for lead follow-ups and customer requirements.
