Manage and oversee day-to-day operations for a team of 60+ international sales agents. Manage, guide, and monitor Team Leaders to ensure team targets are achieved.

Drive overall sales performance, productivity, conversion, and revenue targets.

Monitor key operational and sales KPIs and take corrective actions where required.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international sales/operations.

Mandatory experience in Australian international sales/lead generation.

Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and identify improvement areas. Conduct regular performance reviews with Team Leaders and ensure accountability.

Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, conversions, and sales performance.

Ensure quality, process adherence, call monitoring,



and compliance across the floor

Handle escalations and resolve operational or team-related issues effectively.

Coordinate with management on targets, manpower planning, performance, and operational requirements.

Identify training and development requirements for Team Leaders and agents.

Ensure proper attendance, discipline, productivity, and floor management.

Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.

Pay: ₹20,027.88 - ₹50,589.98 per month
